Muriah brings more than a decade of experience across brand, marketing, and operations. She started and ran her own business at 22 and has since worked with both startups and enterprise organizations, helping teams sharpen positioning, simplify messaging, and align their work to real business outcomes.
Her work focuses on turning complexity into structure. Muriah helps teams move from scattered ideas to clear direction, stronger communication, and marketing that reflects how the business actually runs, not just how it’s described.
Qualifications
Dan specializes in people-first leadership, continuous improvement, and operational strategy. He’s spent years turning cultures around and building systems that support people.
He has a master’s degree in Chemistry from Western Washington University, studied leadership and organization strategy, and has 10+ years experience coaching leadership and athletics. He has 6+ years managing in fast-paced, high-consequence work environments.
Dan believes a leader’s goal is to become replaceable by building teams where problems get solved and work happens because people know the mission and have the tools and support they need to do it right the first time.
His focus is twofold 1. Create workshops that elevate and bond teams and 2. Decrease turnover in fields that matter by implementing state of the art retention strategies.
Dan cofounded Kestryl Edge to empower leaders to empower their teams. His dream is to grow Kestryl Edge to help teams find the success and cohesion. and building cultures grounded in honesty and drive.

Our work is industry-agnostic because the fundamentals of leadership, communication, and collaboration apply wherever meaningful work is being done. We do our best work with organizations where leadership stays close to the day-to-day, where people care about how they show up, and where improvement is embraced as a shared responsibility rather than imposed from above.
