Culture & Team development

Culture strengthens when people gain a clearer understanding of themselves and how they relate to others. We facilitate in-person emotional intelligence workshops for small teams, focused on building trust, improving communication, and working through conflict in a way that supports the work rather than distracts from it.

Each engagement begins with EQ assessments and an anonymous retention survey to ground the experience in real team dynamics. From there, we lead structured, hands-on sessions centered on empathy, feedback, and alignment.

Workshops are designed for teams of 6–14 and delivered on site in one-, two-, or three-day formats.

Common Signals That Help is Needed

  • Miscommunication or tension across teams
  • Feedback feels difficult or avoided
  • Leadership messages land inconsistently
  • Collaboration breaks down under pressure

Our Approach to Team Alignment

  • In-person team communication and EQ training
  • Leadership alignment and facilitation sessions
  • Practical, empathy-driven feedback frameworks
  • Workshops grounded in real workplace dynamics

Our Process

We begin with a consultation to understand your industry, team size, leadership structure, and current dynamics. For select engagements, team members complete an EQ assessment and anonymous retention survey prior to the workshop, giving us insight into real patterns of communication and trust. We then travel on-site to lead a focused one-, two-, or three-day workshop where we teach emotional intelligence, empathy, communication, and evidence-based practices that improve how teams work together. Following the workshop, we provide a written summary of key observations and themes, along with a post-session team feedback survey to support reflection and next steps.

What You Should Know

Our workshops are built for teams of 6–14 people who want to strengthen communication, leadership alignment, and trust. We work best with teams that are open to reflection and ready to improve how they work together.

The one-day format focuses on alignment and foundational communication skills. Two days allow us to practice and deepen those skills. Three days are designed for full culture architecture, leadership systems, and post-workshop integration. We help you determine the right level based on your goals and current dynamics.

We begin with a consultation to understand your structure, challenges, and goals. For select engagements, team members complete an EQ assessment and an anonymous retention survey. This ensures the workshop reflects real team patterns rather than generic content.

Yes. Survey responses are anonymous and shared in themes and patterns, not individual attributions. The goal is insight, not exposure.

Each day includes structured teaching, facilitated discussion, and hands-on practice centered on the chosen themes of your engagement. Topics vary by format and may include communication, leadership alignment, feedback frameworks, or team decision-making. We incorporate breaks roughly every 45 minutes to keep sessions focused and productive.

Practical. We integrate research-backed emotional intelligence frameworks with direct application to your team’s real dynamics. Participants leave with language, tools, and shared agreements they can immediately use.

We provide a written summary of themes and observations. For deeper engagements, we include follow-up check-ins and leadership sessions to reinforce commitments and next steps.

Yes. All workshops are delivered on site, with travel expenses built into the total investment.

Resistance is normal. Our approach is structured but human. We create psychological safety while maintaining accountability. Most teams become more engaged once they feel heard and understood.

Clearer communication. Stronger feedback habits. More consistent leadership messaging. Reduced tension. Greater alignment around priorities and behavior expectations.

No. Our workshops are designed for teams of 6–14 participants to ensure meaningful discussion and shared learning.

Yes. For teams larger than 14, we divide participants into separate workshop sessions. Each session is priced individually, as they are facilitated as distinct engagements.
