How much does a custom in-person workshop cost?
Every Kestryl Edge workshop is scoped to the team, so there is no fixed rate. Scope gets set on a free 20-minute fit call, driven by team size, number of days, in-person format, and travel.
The Drivers
What drives the number?
Four things decide the scope of a Kestryl Edge engagement. None of them are secret, and none of them appear as surprise line items at the end.
Team size.
We work with 8 to 20 people in the room. Smaller groups move faster. Larger groups need more facilitation and more structure.
Number of days.
Workshops run 1 to 3 days. A single day covers a focused topic. Two to three days is where behavior starts to shift under practice.
In person, on your site.
This is a live, in-person format. Leaders and team in the same room. The format is the method, so we do not shortcut it to video.
Travel.
We travel US-wide and build travel into the scope rather than hiding it in surprise line items.
Step One
What is the fit call?
A 20-minute conversation to see whether we are a fit for each other. It is free, and nothing commits either side. The first thing we ask is whether your leaders will be in the room, because that answer changes everything downstream.
If we are not the right call for where you are, we will say so. If we are, we scope from there.
Phase One
What is the Leadership Baseline?
The Leadership Baseline is a survey of up to 20 of your managers, a half-day session with the group, and a written readout of where the team is strong and where it is stuck. You get a workshop proposal built from your own data, not a template.
It can stand alone, and some teams start there. If you book the workshop, the Baseline becomes phase one of the engagement. You are not charged twice for the same work.
The Standard
What does every engagement include?
Regardless of scope, three things are part of every Kestryl Edge engagement. This is what the team gets, every time.
01
A live survey in the room.
The day works from the team's own data, not a generic benchmark.
02
A written report and action plan.
You leave with something concrete, built from what came up that day, that your leaders can act on.
03
Quarterly re-measurement.
We come back and measure whether the trust held. If it did not, you will know.
Honesty
Who is this not for?
This format is deliberately narrow. If what you need is any of the following, we are not the right call, and knowing that early saves everyone time.
Common Questions
A few more questions we hear.

What does the fit call cost?
Nothing. It is 20 minutes, free, and nothing commits either side. The first thing we ask is whether your leaders will be in the room.
Do I have to buy the Leadership Baseline before a workshop?
No. The Baseline can stand alone, and some teams start there. If you book the workshop, the Baseline becomes phase one and you are not charged twice.
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because the number depends on the team. Posting a per-day rate would be misleading. A real scope needs a real conversation first.
Who is this not a fit for?
Lunch-and-learns, off-the-shelf content, box-checking, and leaders who will not be in the room. If that describes what you need, we are not the right call.
The scope comes out of the conversation.
Twenty minutes, free, nothing commits either side.
